Directions:
From Interstate 275 north or south, exit at Memorial Highway / FL-60 W toward the Tampa Airport via exit # 39. Follow the signs that say Air Cargo. Stay in these two right lanes for approximately two miles and look for Memorial Highway exit #3 (do not merge onto Veterans Expressway). Turn left onto Memorial Highway and travel 1 mile. Keiser University will be on the right hand side.

Books/Supplies Return Policy:
Any book or supplies may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, providing it is in the same condition as purchased and accompanied by a receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the student.

You will then need to enter your USERNAME and your PASSWORD as indicated below:

U.S. Students: Your USERNAME is the 6 or 7 digit number that appears on the side of your Student ID card. Your PASSWORD is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (Federal Tax ID Number.) To encourage class attendance student log-ins become effective on the first day of class attendance rather than upon registration for class.

International Students: Your PASSWORD is the PIN number as supplied to you by the Registrar's Office.

University Faculty, Staff, & Employees: Your USERNAME is your FIRST NAME as it appears on your paycheck plus the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (Federal Tax ID Number) Your PASSWORD is your LAST NAME as it appears on your paycheck.

GUESTS may log-in using the word GUEST as both USERNAME and PASSWORD. GUEST log-ins do not provide access to the Subscription based databases.
